Please quote the passage, state the better fact, and name the class of source you are relying on. Screenshots of public pages help. The desk does not need, and should not be sent, material you are not entitled to share.
Rumour, unnamed allegations, and requests to confirm a particular operator’s unpublished incident are declined. Pattern is the subject. A live operational matter belonging to someone else is not.
If you believe a published pattern has been applied in a way that implies a finding about your organization, say so plainly and ask for a reply to be considered. Serious replies are read for publication, not for a private bargain.

The office sits on Albert Street in downtown Ottawa, within walking distance of several transit stops on the central corridors. Suite 902 is a working editorial room. Visitors are received by arrangement, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 Eastern Time. Please write first; the desk is small and is often in the file rather than at the door.
