How the studio holds personal data
Last updated: 02 September 2026
This notice explains how Brand Momentum Pte. Ltd. (“the studio”, “we”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit brandmomentum.pro, send a message through the contact form, telephone +65 6386 4721, or write to hello@brandmomentum.pro. The notice is written for a Singapore marketing studio that provides professional services. It is intended to be read with the cookies page and the terms page.
We treat the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA) as the primary legal frame for this site. Guidance published by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) informs our internal practice. If you are outside Singapore and you still write to us, we apply the same care to your message because the mailbox and the working files sit with the Tanjong Pagar studio.
1. Organisation identity
The organisation responsible for personal data on this website is Brand Momentum Pte. Ltd., 10 Hoe Chiang Road, #26-01 Keppel Towers, Singapore 089315. Day-to-day questions about a brief should go to hello@brandmomentum.pro. Questions that concern this notice, access, correction or withdrawal of consent should go to privacy@brandmomentum.pro. Telephone enquiries during SGT working hours use +65 6386 4721. We do not publish registry numbers on public pages; correspondence may request the details that a contract requires.
The studio’s work is professional marketing and communications: positioning, campaign architecture, creative direction and channel planning for organisations in Singapore and the wider APAC region. Personal data is processed as a necessary part of that professional relationship, not as a product to be traded.
2. Categories of personal data we may hold
When you use the contact form we receive the name you type, the email address you type, the message you type, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. The form also includes a honeypot field that human visitors should leave empty; if that field is filled we treat the submission as automated and we do not use the content as a genuine enquiry.
When you telephone the studio we may note your name, the number that appeared on the handset, the organisation you represent, and a short summary of the reason for the call. When you send an ordinary email to hello@brandmomentum.pro we hold the address, the subject, the body, and any files you attach. We ask that you avoid sending identification numbers, payment-card details or health information in a first note. Those categories are not required to open a conversation about campaign work.
If we later enter an engagement, the working file may also hold job titles, meeting notes, brand materials you supply, and the names of colleagues you invite into a readout. That file is a client record, not a marketing list. We do not buy contact lists. We do not scrape professional networks to fill a pipeline.
Technical data is limited. Our host may record an Internet Protocol address, a time stamp, a requested URL and a user-agent string in server logs used to keep the site stable. Cookie preferences, if you set them, are stored in your browser for six months as described on the cookies page. We do not run advertising pixels on this site. We do not build a behavioural profile of visitors for resale.
3. Contact-form submissions to hello@brandmomentum.pro
The primary lead path on this website is the form on the contact page. A valid submission is sent to hello@brandmomentum.pro, which is the same mailbox printed in the footer. The message is treated as a business enquiry. The From address on the automated mail may be a domain mailbox such as noreply@brandmomentum.pro so that the sending server is authorised; the Reply-To field is your email so that a human reply reaches you. A time stamp in Asia/Singapore is added for the working file.
If you complete the required fields, the site shows a success notice on the contact page. Mail delivery is best-effort. A temporary fault on the outgoing path does not change the on-page confirmation, and it does not create a second public inbox. If you do not hear from us within one business day, write again or telephone during SGT working hours. We would rather receive a second note than leave a genuine brief unanswered.
Consent for this use is collected through the unticked checkbox labelled for the PDPA. The box is not pre-checked. If it is left empty the form is not treated as a complete enquiry and no email is dispatched. You may withdraw that consent later by writing to privacy@brandmomentum.pro. Withdrawal does not erase a record we must keep to show that a message was handled, or a record that a later contract requires.
4. Purposes and bases
We use personal data to reply to an enquiry, to schedule a first conversation, to prepare a proposal, to perform an engagement once you instruct us, to invoice and to keep ordinary professional records. We may also use a name and email to send a follow-up that is strictly about the brief you opened. We do not add visitors to a newsletter unless they have asked for one in writing. This site does not operate a newsletter sign-up.
Where the PDPA requires consent, we rely on the consent you give on the form or in an email. Where the PDPA permits processing that is necessary for a contract, or for a contemplated contract you have asked us to prepare, we rely on that necessity. We may also keep limited records because we have a legitimate need to defend a professional position, to handle a complaint, or to show that we answered a message. We do not rely on consent for server logs that keep the site secure.
If a purpose changes in a material way, we will tell you before we use the data for that new purpose, unless the law already allows the new use. We will not stretch a first briefing note into an unrelated campaign without asking.
5. Disclosure and processors
Personal data is seen by the people inside the studio who need it to reply or to deliver work. We do not sell personal data. We do not rent it. We do not exchange it for advertising inventory.
We use a hosting provider to keep the website available. That provider may process technical logs. We use a mailbox on the brandmomentum.pro domain; the mail infrastructure may be operated by a specialist host under a written arrangement. If a future engagement requires a shared workspace or a video room, we will name that tool in the working papers and we will ask you not to paste unnecessary personal data into it.
A court, a regulator or another authority may require disclosure. In that case we disclose only what the request lawfully covers. If you instruct us to copy a colleague or an external counsel, we treat that instruction as permission to share the thread with that person.
6. Transfers
The studio is in Singapore. Hosting and mail may involve infrastructure in other countries if a provider’s architecture requires it. When that happens we look for contractual clauses and for a provider that can explain where data sits. You should assume that a message sent over the public Internet will cross networks we do not control. Do not put secrets in the first form if a later secure channel would be wiser.
7. Retention
Enquiry records that do not become an engagement are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful reply, then deleted or irreversibly anonymised, unless a longer period is needed to handle a dispute. Engagement files follow the retention period written in the contract, or seven years where accounting practice in Singapore expects a working paper to remain available. Server logs are rotated on the host’s ordinary cycle, usually within ninety days unless an incident requires a longer hold.
Cookie preference records live in your browser. They expire after six months unless you clear them earlier. We do not keep a parallel copy of your cookie choice on our servers beyond a transient log that a form or a script may write while saving the choice.
8. Access, correction and other requests
You may ask whether we hold personal data about you, and you may ask for a copy of the data we can reasonably locate. You may ask us to correct data that is inaccurate. You may ask us to explain how we have used a record. Write to privacy@brandmomentum.pro from an address we can reasonably associate with the request, or send a letter to the Hoe Chiang Road address. We may need to confirm your identity before we release a file. We aim to respond within the period expected under the PDPA.
You may withdraw consent for optional uses. You may ask us to stop sending follow-up notes that are not required to finish an open piece of work. Some records cannot be erased while a contract, an invoice or a legal hold is live. We will say so plainly if that is the case.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore. The Commission’s public materials explain how a complaint may be raised. We would rather resolve a concern directly, and we will treat a first letter as a matter for a senior person in the studio, not as a ticket in a queue.
9. Cookies and similar storage
The site uses a small preference record so that the cookie banner does not return on every page load. That record is stored for six months. Necessary storage also includes the technical session behaviour of the host. Optional storage relates to the Google Maps embed on the contact page. The cookies page lists categories, typical durations and the vendor. You may Accept all, Reject all, or Customise. Rejecting optional storage does not block the contact form, the telephone number or the email address.
10. Google Maps embed
The contact page includes a Google Maps embed that shows a pin on 10 Hoe Chiang Road, #26-01 Keppel Towers, Singapore 089315. When the map loads, Google may collect technical data such as an IP address, a device identifier, a referrer and interaction data, in line with Google’s own notices. That collection is outside the studio’s mailbox. If you reject optional embeds, you can still read the address in text and you can still send a form message. Opening the map in a separate tab is a choice you make with Google, not with us.
We include this paragraph because an embedded map is a third-party service. We do not control Google’s retention. We do not receive a copy of Google’s raw logs. We chose an embed so that visitors can see the Tanjong Pagar address with a clear pin. The alternative is the written address, which remains on every page footer.
11. Security
We use HTTPS for this site. We limit access to the mailbox and to working files. We ask colleagues to use unique passwords and to avoid forwarding a full enquiry thread to personal accounts. No method of transmission or storage is perfect. If we become aware of an incident that is likely to cause significant harm, we will follow the notification practice expected in Singapore and we will tell affected individuals when that practice requires it.
Please keep your own devices reasonably secure if you store our replies. A stolen laptop with an open mailbox is a more common problem than a cinematic breach. If you believe a message from our domain is forged, telephone the published number and ask us to confirm.
12. Children
This website describes professional services for organisations. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a person we know to be under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us a message, write to privacy@brandmomentum.pro and we will delete the record unless the law requires us to keep it.
13. Automated decisions
We do not use automated decision-making that produces a legal or similarly significant effect about a visitor. A form may apply simple validation and a rate limit so that the mailbox is not flooded. Those checks do not profile you and they do not decide whether the studio will take a brief. A human reads genuine messages.
14. Change-log
02 September 2026 — first publication of this notice for brandmomentum.pro, covering the contact form to hello@brandmomentum.pro, the Google Maps embed, cookie preferences stored for six months, and the PDPA rights of access and correction. Future material changes will be dated in this section. A change of host or of mailbox vendor will be treated as material if it alters where personal data sits.
If a change is narrow, we update the date and the relevant paragraph. If a change is wide, we may also note it in a reply to people with an open enquiry. Continuing to use the site after a posted change means you have had a chance to read the new text. It does not create consent where the PDPA still requires a fresh yes.
