Answers the studio gives once, then keeps
These notes describe process at a Singapore marketing studio. They cover engagement structure, cadence, the people in the room, how campaigns are scoped, how personal data in an enquiry is handled, and the clock we keep. They do not rehearse anxious promises. The footer states the professional-services frame once.
01 How is a brand-momentum engagement structured at Brand Momentum?
A brand-momentum engagement at Brand Momentum opens with discovery: we read the live brand narrative, the current channel mix and the decisions already on the calendar. Next we write or repair the positioning framework so the organisation has a centre. Campaign architecture then names stages, owners and the moment creative direction locks. Channel mix roles are assigned only after the message hierarchy holds. Working cadence is agreed in SGT: usually a weekly working session and a shorter written momentum review. The studio stays with method and language; commercial media buying, if any, remains with the client or a named partner. Audience segmentation and an editorial calendar appear when the story arc can support them. Integrated communications is the test: the same claim order in every room the work enters.
02 What does a typical working week look like?
Reviews sit on Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT. A retainer usually holds one longer working session and one written note. Sprints compress the same rhythm into fewer weeks. Go-to-market motion adds a launch-week desk so the launch plan has a human owner. The city-state market keeps short weeks; we do not invent evening theatre unless a live launch requires it.
03 Who from our organisation should join the room?
A person who can approve language, plus the marketing lead who will live with the work. Founders join when the brand narrative is still being named. Brand managers join when a brand system already exists and needs a cleaner hierarchy. Agencies already on the roster may attend a readout; they do not replace the approving circle.
04 How are campaigns scoped before work begins?
Scope is written as stages, artefacts and a cadence. Engagement models on the programmes page name the format: retainer, sprint, project or advisory. A campaign architecture project lists the documents that will exist at the end. A message hierarchy build lists the claim map and voice notes. Figures appear only in a private proposal. Public pages stay with method so Singapore corporates and regional scale-ups can compare shapes, not rate cards.
05 How does the studio handle personal data in an email or telephone enquiry?
Name, email, telephone and message are used to reply to the enquiry and to administer a possible engagement. The contact form asks for consent before a message is sent. Records sit with Brand Momentum Pte. Ltd. and are not sold. You may ask for access or correction by writing to privacy@brandmomentum.pro. The full notice is on the privacy page. The working mailbox for new briefs remains hello@brandmomentum.pro.
06 Which timezone governs meetings and deadlines?
Asia/Singapore. APAC campaigns may include other clocks for local teams, yet the studio’s commitments are written in SGT. If a readout must land before a regional Monday, we schedule it on the Singapore Friday. That habit keeps the Tanjong Pagar studio honest about what can be made in a week.
07 Can the studio work beside an in-house team?
Yes. Channel Momentum Advisory exists for that case. The studio pressure-tests the live channel mix, the editorial calendar and the fit between paid weight and the story. In-house makers keep production. We keep the spine.
08 Where should a first note be sent?
Use the form on the contact page, or write to hello@brandmomentum.pro, or call +65 6386 4721 during SGT working hours. A short brief on the positioning problem is more useful than a long deck on the first pass.
Brand Momentum Pte. Ltd. supplies professional marketing and communications work: positioning, campaign architecture, creative direction plus channel planning. The studio helps organisations shape clearer brand work and more coherent campaigns. Specific lead volumes, sales figures, rankings, follower growth and advertising performance are not guaranteed.
